Challenge

With the generational wealth transfer approaching, trillions of dollars in assets are set to move on from one generation to the next. In the midst of this, Fidelity is at risk of losing billions in assets because while wealth is being passed down between generations, loyalty is not.

How might we build lasting relationships with young investors so that they are motivated to keep their wealth at Fidelity throughout their financial journey?
